This website is operated by RSG MARKETING LLC. In these policies, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RSG MARKETING LLC.
Using this website and placing an order
These terms explain purchases from this website. Please read the product description, price, delivery information and applicable policies before placing an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or use it for unlawful activity.
Products and order acceptance
Each product page identifies the item and selected design included in your order. Screen colors and photographic lighting can affect appearance; this does not reduce your rights if goods are defective or materially different from their description. Our current products are not customer-personalized. Printing or preparing an item after ordering does not, by itself, exclude it from our refund policy.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item cannot be supplied or an error prevents us from fulfilling the order as described, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a different price without your agreement. Any payment for an order we cancel will be refunded.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices and checkout are in USD. Standard shipping is $4.95 USD per order within the United States. Applicable taxes and the total are presented before payment. Payment is completed through Shopify checkout using the methods offered there. Contact support@happymughouse.com about an unfamiliar charge; do not email full card numbers or security codes.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
The Shipping and Delivery Policy explains preparation, delivery estimates, tracking and delay procedures. The Returns and Refunds Policy explains the 30-day request period starting on delivery, returnless refunds, exceptions to shipping refunds and how to contact us. Contact us promptly about a cancellation or address correction; we can help before fulfillment where possible and will explain the options if fulfillment has begun.
One-time purchases and membership
Membership is launching soon and is not available for enrollment or payment. Current product purchases are one-time transactions. A purchase does not start a trial, enroll you in a membership or authorize recurring charges. There are no automatic repeat product shipments.
Reading or accepting these policies is not consent to a subscription. Any future membership requires separate clear disclosures and your affirmative agreement before enrollment. See the membership terms for the current announcement.
Privacy and Shopify services
Shopify hosts this website and checkout and processes information about your visits and purchases. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: Shopify also uses information about your interactions with this website, other merchants and Shopify to improve services, personalize experiences and support advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and service providers, including providers outside your country. Your rights and updates
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates will carry a new effective date. They do not retroactively change the seller or agreed terms of an earlier order. Please contact us if you need the version that applied to your order.
